All sales from Altero Labs are final. Due to the nature of research materials and product handling requirements, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products ordered are correct and appropriate for their research needs prior to completing their purchase. Please carefully verify all shipping information before submitting your order. Altero Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and addressed where appropriate.
